Babybimbo by Emma Jane Mc Carthy, with registered office in Vile G. Mazzini, 91 – 52043 in Castiglion Fiorentino Arezzo, (hereinafter “ Babybimbo ” or “ Owner ”) is constantly committed to protecting the online privacy of its users. This document was drawn up pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter " Regulation ") in order to allow you to know our privacy policy, to understand how your personal information is managed when you use our website www.babybimbo.net (hereinafter " Site ”) as well as, where appropriate, to give express and informed consent to the processing of your personal data. The information and data provided by you or otherwise acquired as part of the use of the services offered by the Site - which in addition to the purchase of products include the direct offer of information society services by way of example, registration to the reserved area of the Site, information services relating to Babybimbo products or services, exercise of privacy rights, etc. – (hereinafter " Services "), will be processed in compliance with the provisions of the Regulation and the confidentiality obligations that inspire Babybimbo's activity. According to the rules of the Regulation, the processing carried out by Babybimbo will be based on the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, limitation of purposes and conservation, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.

1 - Data Controller and Data Protection Officer

The Data Controller of the processing carried out through the Site is Babybimbo as defined above and can be contacted in the ways indicated in the "Contacts" section (see paragraph 10 below). 2 - The personal data being processed

Following navigation of the Site, we inform you that Babybimbo may process personal data (hereinafter " Personal Data "), such as, for example, name, address, user name, e-mail address and telephone number. telephone and the information provided in the form provided for the exercise of privacy rights, or even the IP address of the device used, browsing preferences (i.e. information on how you use the site www.babybimbo.net , including your similarity in consumer behavior with other users, as well as your online shopping preferences).

Your Personal Data may be collected because you voluntarily provide it (for example when you subscribe to the newsletter, register on the Site) or simply by analyzing your behavior on the Site. The Personal Data processed through the Site is the following:

a - Browsing data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Site, the addresses in URI ( Uniform Resource Identifier ) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning, to identify anomalies and/or abuses. The navigation data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site or third parties

Furthermore, navigation data such as, for example, those relating to products viewed and placed in the cart, could be used to manage your request for assistance from a shop expert through the appropriate channel on the e-commerce site.

b - Data provided voluntarily by the interested party

Except for the reference to specific information contained therein, this Privacy Policy is also intended for the processing of data voluntarily entered by you in the various forms contained within the Site for the exercise of privacy rights. With reference to these hypotheses, we invite you not to include information that may fall within the category of particular categories of personal data referred to in art. unless strictly necessary. 9 of the Regulation ( " [...] personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data relating to the person's health or sexual life or sexual orientation" . This information may be provided only in the case referred to in paragraph e) (“ Personal data relating to tax breaks in the purchase of technical and IT aids ”) or only if they are related to a present or future dispute against Babybimbo or again, only if strictly necessary for the exercise of one's right; we inform you that in this latter case the data you provide will be processed by Babybimbo for the sole purpose of ascertaining, exercising or defending a right in court, in accordance with the provisions of the art. 9 (2)(f) of the Regulation (“[…] the processing is necessary to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court or whenever the jurisdictional authorities exercise their jurisdictional functions” ) or in order to provide feedback to your request .

c - Third party data provided voluntarily by you

When using some Site Services, the Personal Data of third parties provided by you to Babybimbo may be processed, as you are allowed to enter a text message. With respect to these hypotheses, you act as an independent data controller, assuming all legal obligations and responsibilities. In this sense, it grants the broadest indemnity on this point with respect to any dispute, claim, request for compensation for damage caused by treatment, etc. that should reach Babybimbo from third parties whose Personal Data have been processed through their use of the Site's functions in violation of the applicable Personal Data protection regulations. In any case, if it provides or otherwise processes the Personal Data of third parties when using the Site, it guarantees from now on - assuming all related responsibility - that this particular processing hypothesis is based on an appropriate legal basis pursuant to art. . 6 of the Regulation which legitimizes the processing of the information in question.

d - Data relating to online payments

With regard to the payment data entered by users, Babybimbo will only process the data received from digital payment companies and credit card payment management institutions which consist of feedback information on the status linked to the payment (successful/rejected) . All additional information relating to the account (e.g. PayPal), prepaid card or credit card is stored by the entities that manage the relevant service, which are not authorized to use the Personal Data received through the Site for other purposes. If you request to pay for the products purchased on the Site through financing, you will be able to upload directly online the documentation necessary to request the financing (i.e. identity document, tax code, income document and, if you are a non-EU citizen, the permit/card of stay).

and - Data relating to your location

Babybimbo will be able, with your consent, to locate your position in order to allow you to identify the points of sale closest to you via a map. Subject to your explicit consent, your Internet browsing program (so-called "Browser") may share your geographical position with the Site.

Even if you have given your consent, you can deactivate the option, even temporarily, through your browser settings (or from the settings of your operating system and device used). For further information, we invite you to consult the specific privacy policies of your browser.

f - Data processed in interaction with social networks

In addition to filling out the forms on the Site, you can request certain services and provide your Personal Data - as well as, if this functionality is enabled - also through your Apple, Facebook, Google and PayPal profile, for example for the purposes of accessing the Site or making a payment. In these cases, without there being any need for you to fill out other forms , Apple, Facebook, Google and PayPal will automatically send Babybimbo your Personal Data in order to allow you to complete your registration on the site or make your payment.

i - Minors' data

Access to some features of the Babybimbo Site, vouchers or other rewards may be excluded for users under the age of 16. If you are between 16 and 18 years of age, any processing of your personal data based on your consent will take place as it is related to the direct offer of information society services.

Babybimbo may, therefore, use the Personal Data of minor users who declare that they are between 16 and 18 years of age to provide them, if they so wish, with registration services on the site, as well as - subject to free and specific consent - to marketing purposes, profiling based on browsing behavior and online purchasing behavior, both functional to the direct offer of information society services.

It remains understood that purchase contracts may be concluded by minors aged 16 or over with the prior authorization of the parent and/or under his supervision, as reported in the General Conditions of Sale.

Babybimbo is in no way responsible for any untrue statements made by interested parties when registering on the site or when using it.

Should it become aware of false age declarations, Babybimbo reserves the right to carry out checks on your age and enforce any age restriction defined by itself or established by law.

3 - Purpose of the processing

Babybimbo will use your Personal Data, collected through the Site, for the following purposes:

a - allow you to browse the Site and provide the Services you request from Babybimbo from time to time, such as, by way of example: registration and access to the reserved area of the Site; the management of related activities; the management and execution of purchase orders, the delivery of products; as well as, in general, activities related to the execution of a contractual relationship with Babybimbo; respond to and satisfy requests for assistance or information, including pre- and post-sales customer support services such as, for example, those offered, at your request, by a shop expert through the dedicated channel on the e-commerce site and those connected to sending communications on the availability of a product (“ Provision of the service ”);

b - evaluate the existence of the requirements required by sector legislation in order to provide you with the information necessary to benefit from the 4% VAT relief for the purchase of technical and IT aids at the Point of Sale (" Assessment of tax relief requirements ");

c - fulfill any obligations established by current laws, regulations or community legislation (including allowing you to exercise your rights regarding privacy) or satisfy requests from the authorities (“ Compliance ”);

d - send you commercial communications via e-mail regarding products and services similar to those you purchased, unless you expressly refuse to receive such communications, which you may express during the purchase phase or on subsequent occasions. You can object to Soft Spam both when requesting products and services and during subsequent communications from the Data Controller by using the link found at the bottom of each e-mail or by contacting the Data Controller's Privacy Office using the appropriate form , available here (“ Soft Spam ”);

and - subject to your consent (see paragraph 4 below) carry out marketing activities, such as developing statistics and market research, sending you our newsletter or other information and promotional material relating to the activities, products and services of Babybimbo and its partners, send you communications and surveys to improve the service (" Customer satisfaction ") or to collect your opinions with reference to issues related to sustainability, and the economic, environmental and social impacts of the Company, by sending dedicated surveys. These communications may be made via automatic messages, via e-mail, via SMS/MMS, via fax, through paper mail and/or the use of the telephone with an operator; it is specified that the Data Controller collects a single consent for the marketing purposes described here, pursuant to the General Provision of the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data " Guidelines regarding promotional activities and combating spam " of 4 July 2013. If, in any case, if you wish to object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes carried out with the means indicated here, you can do so at any time by modifying your choices (also with respect to individual contact channels) from the "Manage your Privacy" section of your reserved area of the Site. Any revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation (" Marketing ");

f - subject to your consent (see paragraph 4 below) analyze your interests, habits and consumption choices and your preferences with regard to the products and services offered by Babybimbo, with the aid of electronic tools capable of aggregating and comparing your personal data in order to personalize communications addressed to you on the products and services offered by the Owner. The analysis will take into consideration both your purchasing behavior (date, subject and amount of transactions carried out on the website www.babybimbo.net , on the App or at the Points of Sale, and your behavior relating to the consultation of communications commercial messages sent by e-mail from Babybimbo, as well as browsing behaviour, i.e. information on how you use the App and/or the website www.babybimbo.net as a registered user, including your similarity in consumption behavior with other users (“ Integrated profiling ”);

More precisely, Babybimbo will create "clusters" (homogeneous groups made up of profiles that present a certain level of correlation) with user data, depending on the user's preferences, online behavior and purchases made at Babybimbo Sales Points. in order to develop targeted, personalized digital campaigns in line with user tastes. Babybimbo uses technologies that allow it, by querying an ID (in alphanumeric form), to track the browsing of registered users who access the Site from different devices (e.g. computers, tablets, smartphones) or from different browsers (e.g. . Chrome, Firefox, etc.) with the aim of presenting users with products similar to those they view or purchase (regardless of the type of devices or browsers used).

Users' personal data may be used by Babybimbo to suggest products or services that may interest them, offer them the opportunity to participate in competitions or promotions.

If, in any case, you wish to object to the processing of your data for the purposes of Integrated Profiling, you may do so at any time. Through the "Manage your Privacy" section of your reserved area on the Site it is possible to change the privacy preferences connected to the e-commerce account

g - The data may also be used by Babybimbo to analyze the use made of the Site by the user, examine the effectiveness of advertising, promotions and competitions, to analyze (in aggregate form) the statistics relating to navigation and activities on the Site, simplify its use and better adapt it to the user's interests and choices. In particular, Babybimbo will make available to the manager of the reference platform of the online advertising network to which it has joined some data of the users of the site, in a form that does not allow direct identification, relating for example to the type of products for which they have expressed an interest, with the aim of facilitating the division of the same, by the manager of this platform, into "clusters" (homogeneous groups made up of profiles that present a certain level of correlation) to be compared with other similar "clusters" of users of other websites, which are part of this system of online advertising networks. By creating clusters, users are divided into segments depending on their areas of interest. These segments are then compared to understand which products viewed by Babybimbo users may be of interest to users of other websites included in the aforementioned system. With the ultimate aim of making advertisements containing the same or similar products to those displayed by Babybimbo users similar to them appear to these users while they browse other websites (" Online profiling ");

h - subject to your authorization for geolocation, locate your position in order to allow you to identify the points of sale closest to you via a map (“ Geolocation ”);

i - subject to your consent (see paragraph 4 below) communicate your data (for example, name, surname, e-mail) to third-party companies belonging to Babybimbo. and to other companies operating in the following sectors: automobiles, tourism, transport, textiles, real estate furnishings, telecommunications, electronics, energy & oil, insurance, food, banking, finance, gardening, DIY and entertainment, for independent direct marketing purposes. If, in any case, you wish to object to the processing of your data for the purposes of communication to third parties, you can do so at any time by modifying your choices from the "Manage your privacy" section of the reserved area of the Site. If (" Communication to third parties ”);

l - for the purposes of preventing fraud committed through the use of the Site and the services offered by the Owner and to allow the Owner to protect himself in court (“ Abuse/Fraud ”);

m - for statistical purposes, without it being possible to trace your identity (“ Statistics ”);

n - send communications to invite you to update your Personal Data, in order to guarantee the principle of accuracy of the processing by Babybimbo, pursuant to art. 5, par. 1, letter. d) of EU Regulation 679/2016, and guarantee that the personal data of its customers are always correctly recorded in its systems and updated, also possibly offering a reward for customers who carry out such updating (" Data update ").

Depending on the contact channel you indicated when registering for Babybimbo's services, you may receive these communications by e-mail and/or SMS and/or banners on the Site.

To object to the receipt of such communications you may, at any time:

- write to the Data Controller's Privacy Office using the appropriate form, available here ;
- in the case of e-mails, use the link present in the e-mails containing the update communications and this action will interrupt the receipt of communications both by e-mail and by SMS;
- in the case of the banner, ignore it and continue browsing the Site without proceeding with the update.

Babybimbo, which takes the principles of accuracy of processing into maximum consideration, reserves the right to offer, if necessary, a reward to customers who complete this update and this as recognition for the time spent carrying out this activity and, obviously, regardless by the positive or negative consents expressed by the customer in the context of the update. We would like to underline that these communications do not pursue marketing purposes, but are sent by Babybimbo to its customers in order to verify the correctness of their data within its systems, according to the methods indicated above; in this sense, they are sent on the basis of legitimate interest, as better detailed in point 4 below (see section on " Data update ").

4 - Legal basis and mandatory or optional nature of the processing

The legal bases used by Babybimbo to process your Personal Data, according to the purposes indicated in the previous Section 3, are the following:

- Provision of the Service : the processing of your Personal Data for this purpose (Section 3.a.) is necessary to be able to provide you with the Services and to be able to respond to your requests, therefore, for the execution of the contract in place with you. The legal basis of this processing is art. 6(1)(b) of the Regulation (“[…] the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract of which the interested party is a party or for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same” ). The provision of Personal Data for this purpose is optional, but otherwise it will not be possible to provide the Services provided through the Site or respond to your requests if you have not filled in the fields marked with an asterisk (*).

- Assessment of tax relief requirements : the processing of your Personal Data for this purpose (Section 3.b.) takes place for the sole purpose of providing you with the information necessary to benefit from the 4% VAT relief when purchasing technical and IT aids at the Point Sale. With reference to your Personal Data cd. common (e.g. name, surname, e-mail address, etc.), the legal basis for this processing is art. 6(1)(b) of the Regulation ("[...] the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract of which the interested party is a party or for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same "). The data relating to your state of health may be processed for the sole purpose of providing you with information on the requirements required by the applicable legal regulations in order to benefit from the aforementioned 4% VAT relief. This processing also finds its legal basis in art. 9(2)(b) of the Regulation (“[…] the processing is necessary to fulfill the obligations and exercise the specific rights of the data controller or the interested party in matters of labor law and social security and social protection [… ]”). The provision of Personal Data for this purpose is optional, but otherwise you will not be able to benefit from the 4% VAT relief on the purchase of technical and IT aids.

- Compliance : the processing of your Personal Data for this purpose (Section 3.c.) is necessary so that Babybimbo can fulfill any legal obligations or satisfy requests from the authorities. This treatment is based on art. 6(1)(c) of the Regulation (“[…] the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject ”). The processing of your Personal Data for this purpose is, in fact, necessary to fulfill legal obligations to which Babybimbo is subject. This processing may involve the storage and communication of your Personal Data to Authorities for accounting, tax or other obligations.

- Soft Spam : the processing of your Personal Data for this purpose (Section 3.d.) represents legitimate processing pursuant to the current applicable legislation on the protection of Personal Data, which does not require your consent. You may object to the processing of your Personal Data for this purpose both when requesting the products and services available on the Site and during subsequent communications from the Data Controller by writing to the contact details indicated in the "Contacts" section of this information, as well as by using the link found at the bottom of each of the communications sent via e-mail.

- Marketing : the processing carried out for this purpose (Section 3.e.) is based on the release of your specific consent pursuant to art. 6(1)(a) (“[…] the interested party has expressed consent to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specific purposes” ).

The provision of your Personal Data for this purpose is therefore completely optional and does not affect the use of the Services. We also specify that if you have provided this consent to Babybimbo elsewhere or have denied it (using the same e-mail address), the chronologically most recent consent will be considered as the reference consent. If, in any case, you wish to revoke your consent, you can do so at any time. Through the "Manage your Privacy" section of the Site it is possible to change the privacy preferences linked to the Site account.

- Integrated profiling : the processing carried out for this purpose (Section 3.f.) is based on the release of your specific consent pursuant to art. 6(1)(a) (“[…] the interested party has expressed consent to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specific purposes” ).

- Online profiling : the processing carried out for this purpose (Section 3.g.) is based - as regards Babybimbo - on the consent to advertising cookies possibly expressed by the user through the appropriate banner found when landing on the site. As regards the making of user data available in aggregate to the manager of the reference platform for the online advertising network, the processing is based on the consent requested through the specific cookie banner that appears during the first access to the platform. If you wish to object to the processing of your data for online profiling purposes, you can do so at any time by contacting the Data Controller at the contact details indicated in the "Contacts" section of this information or by following the instructions in the Cookie Policy .

- Geolocation : the processing of your Personal Data for this purpose (Section 3.h.) is based on the granting of your consent pursuant to art. 6(1)(a) (“[…] the interested party has expressed consent to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specific purposes” ). To this end, since the geolocation option is linked to the settings of the browser or the operating system of the device you use, you will be able to provide your consent and enable geolocation in the appropriate box that will appear when browsing the Site. The provision of your Personal Data for this purpose is therefore completely optional and does not affect the use of the Services, but only the possibility of allowing you to identify the points of sale closest to you via a map. If you wish to object to the processing of your Personal Data for Geolocation purposes, you may do so at any time by deactivating the option, even temporarily, via the settings of your device or browser whenever you deem it appropriate.

- Communication to third parties : the processing of your Personal Data for this purpose (Section 3.i.) is based on the release of your consent pursuant to art. 6(1)(a) (“[…] the interested party has expressed consent to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specific purposes” ). The provision of your Personal Data for this purpose is, therefore, entirely optional and does not prejudice the use of the Services. If, in any case, you wish to object to the processing of your data for the purposes of communication to third parties and revoke your consent, you can do so at any time by modifying your choices from the "Update Privacy" section of the reserved area of the Site or by contacting the Data Controller at the contact details indicated in the "Contacts" section of this information, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.

- Abuse/Fraud : processing for this purpose (Section 3.l.) is based on art. 6(1)(f) of the Regulation (“[…] the processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the data controller or third parties” ); the Personal Data collected for this purpose will be used to prevent and/or identify any fraudulent activities or abuses in the use of the Site and Services and allow Babybimbo to protect itself in court.

- Statistics : it is specified that the processing for this purpose (Section 3.m.) is not carried out on Personal Data and therefore can be freely carried out by Babybimbo.

- Data updating : the processing for this purpose (Section 3.n.) is based on art. 6(1)(f) of the Regulation (“[…] the processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the data controller or third parties” ). In fact, Babybimbo believes it has a "legitimate interest" in sending communications to its customers, asking them to verify the correctness of the Personal Data and consents given in the past and possibly providing a reward for the subjects who carry out this update; this "legitimate interest" is justified in relation to the need to guarantee the principle of accuracy of Babybimbo's processing, pursuant to art. 5, par. 1, letter. d) of EU Regulation 679/2016, and ensure that the Personal Data of its customers is always correctly recorded in its systems and updated. In alignment with the provisions of the applicable legislation and the provisions of the competent supervisory authorities regarding the protection of personal data, for this purpose Babybimbo has in fact carried out a so-called "balancing of interests" on such processing and deemed it not harmful to the rights and the freedoms of the interested parties. More precisely, it assessed, on the one hand, its legitimate interest in ensuring that the data of its customers recorded in the databases are correct and updated (in compliance with the principles of accuracy of processing and accountability) and, on the other, it considered that this legitimate interest does not prejudice the rights and freedoms of the interested parties, who can at any time oppose the communications in question by contacting the Data Controller's Privacy Office using the appropriate form, available here or by using the link present in the emails of update.

Furthermore, the provision of your Personal Data for this purpose is entirely optional and does not affect the use of Babybimbo's Services.

5 - Recipients of Personal Data

Your Personal Data may be shared, for the purposes referred to in Section 3 above, with (the " Recipients "):

a - subjects who typically act as data controllers, i.e.: i) people, companies or professional firms who provide assistance and consultancy to Babybimbo in accounting, administrative, legal, tax, financial and debt collection matters relating to the provision of the Services; ii) subjects with whom it is necessary to interact for the provision of the Services (for example hosting providers) iii) or subjects delegated to carry out technical maintenance activities (including maintenance of network equipment and electronic communications networks); iv) companies that provide assistance and consultancy to Babybimbo for the pursuit of the purposes reported in this Privacy Policy and in the Cookie policy; v) subjects delegated to provide technical assistance and repair of products purchased online.

b - subjects, who act as independent owners, who are entrusted with the organization and execution of the shipment, delivery and return of the products purchased on the Site;

c - subjects, bodies or authorities to whom it is mandatory to communicate your personal data pursuant to legal provisions or orders of the authorities or to prevent and/or identify any fraudulent activities or abuses in the use of the Site and the services offered by the Owner ;

d - persons authorized by Babybimbo to process Personal Data necessary to carry out activities strictly related to the provision of the Services, who are committed to confidentiality or have an adequate legal obligation of confidentiality (e.g. Babybimbo employees);

and - companies of the Babybimbo Group, limited to the pursuit of administrative-contractual purposes connected to the performance of organisational, administrative, financial and accounting activities;

f - with your consent, companies of the Babybimbo Group and other companies operating in the following sectors: automobiles, tourism, transport, textiles, real estate furnishings, telecommunications, electronics, energy & oil, insurance, food, banking, finance, gardening, DIY and entertainment , for independent direct marketing purposes;

g - manager of the reference platform for the online advertising network, for the part of further processing of the navigation data of users of the Babybimbo site, aimed at allowing other advertisers belonging to the same online advertising network and who use the same platform to do display to users the most appropriate online advertisements based on their browsing habits.

h - subjects who typically act as independent data controllers in providing payment services.

6 - Transfers of Personal Data

Some of your Personal Data is shared with Recipients who may be located outside the European Economic Area and, more specifically, in the USA. Babybimbo ensures that the processing of your Personal Data by these Recipients takes place in compliance with the Regulation. Indeed, transfers can be based on an adequacy decision, on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or on another suitable legal basis. 7 - Storage of Personal Data

The Personal Data processed for the purposes of Provision of the Service (Section 3.a.) and Evaluation of tax relief requirements (Section 3.b.) will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve those same purposes and, in the second case , up to the time required by the specific obligation or applicable law. In any case, since these are treatments carried out for the provision of Services, Babybimbo will process the Personal Data for up to the time permitted by Italian legislation to protect its interests (art. 2946 et seq. of the Civil Code) from possible complaints relating to the Services.

Personal Data processed for Compliance purposes (Section 3.c.) will be kept for up to the time required by the specific obligation or applicable law.

For the purposes of Soft Spam (Section 3.d.), your Personal Data will be stored until you object to the processing by writing to the contact details in the "Contacts" section of this information or through the link found in click on each of the emails sent.

For Marketing purposes (Section 3.e.) your Personal Data will be processed, as a general rule and without prejudice to the principle of data retention proportionate to the purpose of the processing, until your consent is revoked. If you withdraw from the Babybimbo Services without having revoked such consent, the data may be processed even after your withdrawal.

The information relating to the details of purchases and further activities will be processed for integrated profiling purposes (Section 3.f.) for no longer than 24 months from the date of collection.

For the purpose of online profiling (Section 3.g.) your Personal Data will be stored, in a form that in any case would never allow Babybimbo to identify you directly, for 30 days.

For the purposes of Geolocation (Section 3.h.)) and Communication to third parties (Section 3.i.) your Personal Data will instead be processed, as a general rule, until your consent is revoked.

For the purposes of Abuse/Fraud (Section 3.l.) your Personal Data are processed for the period necessary for the aforementioned purpose and therefore until the moment in which Babybimbo will be required to keep them to protect itself in court and to communicate said data to the Competent authorities.

For the purpose of updating data (Section 3.n.) your Personal Data will be processed until you object to the processing.

In any case, Babybimbo is entitled to retain its Personal Data for the period of time established and permitted by Italian law to protect its interests (art. 2947(1)(3) of the Civil Code).

8 - Rights of interested parties

Pursuant to articles 15 and following of the Regulation, you have the right to ask Babybimbo, at any time, access to your Personal Data, the rectification or cancellation of the same or to oppose their processing, you have the right to request the limitation of the processing in the cases provided for by the art. 18 of the Regulation, as well as to obtain the data concerning you in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device, in the cases provided for by the art. 20 of the Regulation.

Using the appropriate form, available . Any modification or revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the modification or revocation.

We inform you that if you decide to use the appropriate form (referred to above) to exercise your privacy rights, within a few seconds, you will be sent a communication via e-mail with the request to confirm the correctness of the address e-mail you entered in the form; this step represents the prerequisite for the correct sending of the request to the Data Controller's Privacy Office, which will not be able to take charge and, therefore, verify your request in the absence of confirmation of the e-mail contact data. If you have entered an incorrect e-mail address in the form to exercise your rights, you will not receive any communication and after a few minutes you will be able to try filling out the form again by entering your correct e-mail address. Following verification of the e-mail address, your request will be taken over and will be handled within one month. You will receive notification of this via e-mail with an invitation to access the Babybimbo privacy portal dedicated to you, where for five years from the request, you will be able to view all your requests and related feedback.

Consent to online profiling through cookies can be revoked using the methods indicated in the Cookie Policy. Furthermore, any other settings relating to cookies can be managed from the specific "Privacy Preference Center" section available in the footer of the Site.

In any case, you always have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority (Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data), pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, if you believe that the processing of your Personal Data is contrary to the legislation in force.

9 - Changes

This Privacy Policy is in force from 01/13/2023. The Owner reserves the right to modify or simply update its content, in part or completely, also due to changes in applicable legislation. Babybimbo will inform you of these changes as soon as they are introduced and they will be binding as soon as they are published on the Site. Babybimbo therefore invites you to regularly visit this section to become aware of the most recent and updated version of the Privacy Policy in order to always be up to date on the data collected and the use made of it by the Data Controller. The content of the Privacy Policy refers to processing activated after the date of publication of this document. If the user wishes to have the previous edition, he can request it from the Owner.
