Delivery costs and times

At the time of shipment, an email will be sent containing the tracking number
TRACKING NUMBER and the name of the courier so that you can monitor the status of the shipment.

Delivery costs for Italy cost €6.90 for orders of less than €69.00 and are explicitly shown when the order is placed.

Payment for the goods by the customer will be made using the method chosen when placing the order. Nothing is owed more by the customer than the total order.

The goods travel by express courier with delivery times of approximately 3 working days.

No responsibility can be attributed to BabyBimbo in the event of a delay in the order or in the delivery of the order.
Delivery is intended at street level. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check: • that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document. • that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping).

Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately notified, placing a WRITTEN CONTROL RESERVE on the courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.

Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, according to the procedures set out in this document.
Once the goods have been collected by our couriers from our warehouses, it will no longer be possible to make changes to the recipient.

In this regard, in the event that the delivery is not successful at the address indicated at the time of the order, the goods will be returned to our warehouses and we will transfer to the customer the costs incurred for the products only, i.e. net of shipments or any ancillary costs.

In the event of failure to collect the material in storage at the courier's warehouses within 5 working days due to repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order, the order will be automatically cancelled.
